Guidelines:
1. The following food groups must be represented: Beef, Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian,Chocolate, Non-Chocolate, Cheese
2. The following drink ingredients must be used in the drink menu: Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Whisky, N/A
3. All foods must be finger foods (no utensils other than a toothpick required)
4. All movies nominated for Best Picture must have a corresponding food and drink.
5. There must be a peep sculpture — no matter how lame it seems.
